Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be available
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Customers will be notified regarding approval status
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue
- Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an incorrect or defective product.
